What this is

www.michaelfarahat.com is the personal site of Michael Farahat. It exists to say who he is and to offer ways of making contact. It is informational, it sells nothing, and it collects no payment.

Using the site means accepting what is set out here. If any of it is unacceptable, the remedy is not to use the site.

The content belongs to its owner

The text, the design, the photograph and the arrangement of them are owned by Michael Farahat and are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

You may read the page, print it, and link to it. Linking is welcome and needs no permission.

What is not permitted

Without written permission, please do not:

  • Republish the content, in whole or in substantial part, as though it were your own.
  • Use the photograph anywhere else. It is a picture of a person, not stock imagery.
  • Collect the content by automated means for building or training a machine learning model. The robots file on this site refuses those crawlers, and that refusal is meant rather than decorative.
  • Use the contact details here to send marketing, to add anyone to a list, or to sell anything.

Accuracy and availability

The site is kept accurate and current as a matter of care, not of guarantee. Details change, and a page can be out of date between the change and the edit.

It is offered as it is. There is no promise that it will be reachable at any particular moment, and no liability is accepted for loss arising from it being unavailable, or from anything done in reliance on it. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind.

Links away from here

The icons lead to services run by other people. Those services are not controlled from here, are not endorsed by being linked, and are governed by their own terms.

Privacy

What this site stores, what it does not, and who else sees anything is set out separately on the privacy page. That document is part of these terms.

Changes

These terms carry the date they were last changed. Using the site after a change means accepting the version then published.
